Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
A return request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days, but in some cases, it may take up to 10–15 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First, check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
Next, contact your bank (processing times may vary).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@shopsomega.com and send your item to:

Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are available only for size or color (subject to stock availability).
- If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please ship it to:

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
